Cancellation & Refund Policy

Good Fashion believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been communicated to our fulfilment team and the shipping process has begun.

Orders placed for Same Day Delivery cannot be cancelled once confirmed, due to the immediate processing required to meet the delivery window.

No cancellations are entertained for products obtained as part of special-occasion or limited-time promotions (for example, festive or holiday specials). These are limited-occasion offers and cancellations are not possible once placed.

Good Fashion does not accept cancellation requests for items marked as final sale (including limited-drop releases) once they have been prepared for dispatch. However, a refund or replacement can be arranged if you can establish that the quality of the product delivered was not good.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In case of receipt of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please report this to our Customer Service team within 21 days of receiving the product. Your request will be reviewed once our team has checked and verified the issue.

Product Not As Described

If the product you received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Items

For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method via our payment partner. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
